All donations are important to Midwest Recycling’s partners. You get to choose which organization should benefit from your donations. If you need assistance finding the bin for your chosen organization, we can help you locate it.
In Midwest Recycling’s experience, being a host site is beneficial for businesses. Call us to set up a meeting with our professional and knowledgeable staff.
If you choose to have the Midwest Recycling bin removed, we’ll try to resolve any issues that have led to your decision. If you still want our bin removed, please provide us with a 30-day notice. We’ll remove the bin within that time frame.
Yes. As a professional fundraising venue for non-profit organizations, it is Midwest Recycling’s pleasure to work with you to design a collection bin or program for creating a revenue stream for collecting recyclable textiles.
While your donations mean a lot to the partners who maintain and run their respective organizations, the items gathered via the bins don’t qualify as charitable donations. To get a receipt for tax credit, you should contact the organization directly. Be aware that some aren’t able to use the donated clothing.
If you have a donation for a specific charity to use explicitly, reach out to them directly. All of our partners are listed on the Midwest Recycling Partners page. Donations placed in our collection bins are a way to raise funds directly for that charity.
Acceptable donations include clothing, shoes, purses, curtains, textiles, and small household items.
